The Experts task will be to see that the work goes harmoniously, to form a pleasing combination, bringing all things together. This is our most comprehensive package. This is for the client who wants it all - assistance from the invitations to the last dance! This package includes:
• Unlimited consultations via email, and telephone.
• Eight hours of assistant on the day of the event.
• Personalized budget planning meeting that encompass your ideas with regards to style and design.
• Comprehensive checklist and timeline.
• Expert advice on etiquette and design.
• Assistances with vendor, venue and contracts (recommendation, review and negotiation).
• Track scheduled payments and issue reminder notice to vendors.
• Send confirmations and directions to vendors the week before the event.
• Venue selection.
• Design and décor.
• Set itinerary for the flow of events.
• Management of the entire event: from the moment you arrive until clean-up.
• Liaison for vendors for the day of the event.
• Two hours of photography service on the day of the event.
• Provide invitations.
• Setup hotel accommodations and room blocks for guests.
• DJ service for a four hours.
• Provide favors/parting gifts.
I NEED SOME HELP! $500
Our basic services package is for the client who needs limited planning assistance and includes the following types of services:
• Unlimited consultations via email, and telephone.
• Six hours of assistant on the day of the event.
• Personalized budget planning meeting that encompass your ideas with regards to style and design.
• Comprehensive checklist and timeline.
• Expert advice on etiquette and design, invitation wording, etc.
• Assistances with vendor and venue recommendation.
• Track scheduled payments and issue reminder notice to vendors.
• Send confirmations and directions to vendors the week before the event.
• Event décor and setup.
• Set itinerary for the flow of events.
• Provide invitations.
• Management of the entire event: from the moment you arrive until clean-up.
• Liaison for vendors for the day of the event.
DAY OF SERVICE ONLY! $250
The Experts will take the stress away on your big day. Our Day of Service Only package is designed for the client who has planned their entire event but would like someone to oversee the management of their event. This package includes:
• One in-person consultation.
• Four hours of assistant on the day of the event.
• Assist with event décor setup.
• Set itinerary for the flow of events.
• Management of the entire event: from the moment you arrive until clean-up.
• Liaison for vendors for the day of the event.
DESIGN AND DECOR $500 - $3500
A'LA CARTE SERVICES (Any service can be requested individually and billed at a rate of $35/hour)
Other available services: invitations (assembly and mailing), centerpieces, parting gifts and favors.
